Red Lobster recently split from their former chain owner, Darden. This left their data vulnerable and in disorganization. Partnering with AAJ, a new, state-of-the-art Intranet Portal was developed that could be accessed by all Red Lobster employees worldwide. The Portal included over 40 applications, enabling employees to track their time and expenses, manage their payroll, check their work schedules, and receive training on-demand. For the executives of the company, the Portal was used to track all expenses, labor and sales — valuable business intelligence that had not previously be easily accessible.
